Customer enquiries on social media can be draining right? Only if you aren't prepared.
Here i break down my communication hacks with potential new clients to filter through the serious customers and those who are just having a nose around.
I am showing you my pre written responses which suit most enquiry questions such as
“hey, how much are hair extensions?”
“how much is it for extensions like this”
“I want extensions but I don’t know how I want them putting in what’s best for me?”
“hey can I get extensions but not have a consultation because I don’t want to travel twice?”
“my friend has had extensions like this and I want the same”
Rather than typing out individually i find the most suitable pre written response.
They are super Informative as i have put my all into the responses and fast because i simply copy and paste.
I keep it simple and know that once they have paid a deposit for a consultation i can individualise what they need when i meet them - because each client is a unique canvas and you cannot give them a one price fits from a picture in Dms until you know all the finer details seeing them in person.
