If you cancel the day before/ the day of , or no show you will still have to pay 50% of cost of the appointment. I will not be able to re book until this has been paid. All deposits paid are non refundable and non transferable.  

A consultation is required first before a fitting appointment. Its £10 for a consultation which is then taken off your total bill if you decide to go ahead with the supply and fit of hair extensions. 
Its best to have your consultation around a week before fitting so your colour match is accurate. 
If your not sure what you need and dont want to pre book a fitting appointment until your consultation is done that is no problem but this will usually result in a 6 week wait for a fitting appointment. It may also require you visiting a second time for a colour check before I order the hair as hair colour can change in a 6 week period. If you have a good idea of what you want eg a weave or bonds and you want to book your fitting that is no problem. 
You must have your colour done ready for your consultation. Please do not come for a consultation if you are planning on changing your colour. You will have to come back in again to be matched.
